I wish I could give less stars. I made a reservation 3 months in advance and then a few days before my move, they said they didn’t have any trucks. They were unapologetic and treated it like it was my fault. When I stated that I had made the reservation so far in advance she simply stated that it didn’t matter. Why even do reservations in the first place if you’re just going to give them out first come first serve!? They did nothing to compensate for the problem and I had to pay more for a bigger truck even though it was their fault. Things kept getting changed and inaccurate information was being given that constantly made me change my plans. This was not the headache I needed right in the middle of a massive move. Worst moving experience ever.

Great location. Great service. Helpful staff. Best uhaul location in Rexburg for sure.
