I can’t stress enough how exceptional the customer service was. The hitch was installed quickly and the manager Brandy was also instrumental in assisting me with picking out a bike rack in store which was my main reason for the hitch in the first place. This was a perfect one stop shop and I’m so grateful for their attention to detail and dedication to service.

Regina was very helpful in helping me reserve the trailer I wanted, and the eventual cancelation of the reservation because I was able to find other arrangements. In the end, very easy to work with and very friendly.
