Went to multiple UPS and FedEx locations to try to ship a large package, none of them could help me. Went to uhaul to see if I could find a box to ship with and Sarah not only helped me find a box that would work, but built me a box, helped me pack it, and taped it up. All for the cost of the boxes. Great customer service and care.

We reserved two U haul trucks ahead of time, during open business hours for a time sensitive move. Got there to pick them up and the employees didn’t leave any keys for the vehicles. Called customer assistance and they couldn’t do anything to help because the employees had already left. Poor customer service.

This location is top notch! Sarah is very skilled and knowledgeable in all things storage rentals supplies customer service. Great large driveway for turning around. Will recommend this location every time
