Location are hands down the best staff from this company that I've ever dealt with ! There are other stores that could use a training class from this awesome group ! Thank you for being such an amazing staff it truly means a lot to the customers no doubt and hopefully you receive the praise that's so deserved ! Thank you for making my rental experience such a great one
When I arrived to pick up the trailer that I reserved the attendant had done all the paperwork and given me the approximate location of where the trailer was. We went out to go get it hooked up and to find someone had parked another trailer right over the tongue of the trailer I was to pick up. I told him to hook up the trailer to get it out of the way. So he did and I pulled forward. He then said he could just transfer the trailer over to my contract. I said what ever makes it easier for you. He proceeded to continue hooking up the trailer. Took his picture of his completed work. I was on my way. I got to the location where I was picking up a dresser. Went to load the dresser placing one foot into the trailer for the trailer to come off my hitch. The attendant did not tighten the receiver to the ball on my car. It came very close to damaging my car. I then got done with everything that I needed to move and returned the trailer all of it was complete in one hour. Two days later I get a call asking if I needed to extend the time on the trailer rental. Please get it together.
Worst. Slow and many problems.. After I put 4 gallons of gas in the truck for a 30 mile round trip the owner told me I needed to go put $2 more of gas into the tank because he said I returned it $2 short of 1/4 tank, or he was going to charge me $48. He couldn't tell me how large the fuel tank was so that I could make sure there was actually a 1/4 of a tank by verifiable measurements vs. a subjective look at the dash panel. This is all after I sat waiting for a long time for them to check me back in, and their computer had multiple problems which required them to go through the checkout process more than once. After the second trip to the gas station, and wait to check in again, a total of an hour was spent just on the check in and check out process.

Malory, at the Florence location, was extremely helpful with creating our reservation at the last minute and finding a location that had the equipment that we needed.
Prysm, at the Richwood location, was very friendly and especially helpful with selecting our moving supplies and ensuring the equipment was exactly as we requested. Prysm also connected the auto transport for me.
