U-Haul Moving & Storage of River Oaks

The van we rented was perfect to move my dad into senior living when I called to reserve it. I would would’ve given five stars except for this issue I had I tried to pay over the phone and the gentleman said no you have to wait and pay when you pick up the van. I wish you would’ve told me that you can’t use a charge card, that really sucked. I had to drive all the way home and come back again. It chewed an hour into my moving time. I should’ve been told you have to bring a debit card only when I reserved.

Probably one of the nicer, larger facilities I've been to. The staff was great, quick, and thorough. Process was very easy. I tried checking in on the app but had delays and ultimately the team inside took over and got me situated. The return was a little longer, but several trucks had just been dropped off before me so understandable. The guy who did ours was quick and thorough too. Will not hesitate to use this location again.
