U-Haul Moving & Storage of Roanoke

I returned the truck with the same level of fuel that was in it when I rented it. Now they have charged me a fuel charge fraudulently! NEVER AGAIN, especially not at this location! Be careful or you will be screwed over with a fake charge.

I’ve tried calling for months to pay my bill, but no one answers. The last time I spoke with the corporate office they said they’d give Roanoke a message to call me. They never did. Now, I have a notice saying they’re selling my stuff. Maybe a bad review will get someone to call me back??? This is ridiculous!

They were really nice and had our trailer ready to go when we got there

I made a reservation at 3800 Haslet, show up, doors locked, nobody answered the phone, finally get through guy says I’ll call you right back. Nope, nothing! I call this location and without hesitation Rebecca gets me a truck instantly, same price. She literally saved me big time today. Thank you so so much! I didn’t catch the guys name in there but he was also great.
