Bill was with a customer, but greeted us as soon as we walked in to let us know he would assist us shortly. Mason assisted us within a couple of minutes of arriving. Both men were very professional and nice.

Just got off the phone and was talking with Fawn about all the supplies I would need to plan my future move. She was so helpful and very informative. I did not feel the pressure to get more than I would need. Fawn was so helpful & professional. She will be the reason they get my business.

Very easy to make reservations employees very helpful

Started off great when I arrived to a truck outside warming up for me. A couple hours later after loading the vehicle, the vehicle wouldn't start. Upon inspection the battery terminals were corroded. If the battery died after a couple hours in my driveway, that means it was dead that morning and jumped BEFORE I picked the vehicle up. Very disappointed.

I was late to my lease signing and an hour behind with movers. Also note the roadside assistance is through the app only and is awful to try to deal with. I'd recommend enterprise instead.
