U-Haul Moving & Storage of Rochester

Recently returned a uhaul to this location and was charged an extra $250 without a call or explanation. Called and asked to speak to a manager as we payed close to $450 for 24 hours! No one called me back, I called again and got a female manager who was just as confused as I was on the additional charge. Stated she would look into and call me within an hour, I called back 3 hours later after not hearing anything and left a message. No call back. Have called back multiple times and get the same runaround, some one will return my call. Would not recommend this location. You drop the keys and leave the uhaul and go and apparently they charge you whatever they want once you leave.

Equipment and service are great at this location.

Teressa was incredibly helpful to get us set up and on our way! Appreciate her friendliness and customer service on a day that's already stressful. :)

This location has been my go to for trailer and truck / van rentals. great service and pleasant staff. Thank you for making my rental easy, using a van it was 2 trips vs 10 with a pickup that I have.
