The overall truck rental experience was positive, especially in terms of fulfilling its purpose. Driving the truck was smooth and enjoyable, and it met my needs perfectly during a critical time. Despite the challenges with the app, I appreciated the in-person assistance I received, which ensured everything went smoothly.

Had a really bad experience with this location this weekend. I showed up at 7 am to pick up my U-Haul, and couldn’t find the truck. After a long search, I ended up finding it where I figured it wouldn’t have been, parked in by several trucks on all sides. After calling customer service and being on hold for 30 minutes to talk to someone, they let me know that that was the only truck in their huge lot of trucks that had the keys available and was the right size, so I could either wait for them to open in an hour and a half so a worker could move the trucks blocking mine in, or go to a different location. I chose to go to another location. Luckily, they had their operations in order and had a truck waiting for me with the keys accessible, and I could actually drive it. Wouldn’t recommend this location due to their lack of organization.

Teresa, the manager, I may have spelled her name wring, if so, I'm sorry. She keeps the wonderful staff always on point. This is by far the best location in the metro Michigan area.
