Staff were friendly, fast and professional. The facility is clean and inviting. This is easily the nicest Uhaul around.

Bill spent a few minutes out of his busy schedule to help me secure an Auto Trailer to a 20’ truck. In those few minutes he inspected the equipment, showed me which straps, chains, and cables go where, and did an inspection with me including giving me tips and tricks to help me with this equipment. Thanks to his efforts I safely moved my stuff and a car through the Appalachian Mountains without breaking a sweat. Kudos to him and the manager.

Show up to get propane filled at 6:30pm but they say they cannot do this because they close it. LAZY. Keep in mind store was open until 7pm.

……..Also interesting how the controlled reviews on the Uhaul site show close to five star rating.
