U-Haul Moving & Storage of Rock Island

While we have been using Uhaul for years, in our recent planning on our move from Illinois to Washington, we were given advice that would likely have put us in harm’s way and definitely have messed up our car. While three other locations told us they didn’t know how to help us or simply ignored our questions, when we called the Rock Island location, they immediately answered our questions, helped us find resolutions to our problems, and ultimately got us being and feeling safe for our cross-country trip. They handled the whole situation with patience and grace, and we honestly couldn’t have done any of this without them. BEST SPOT IN THE QUAD CITIES
