U-Haul Moving & Storage of Rock Island

This is the only location I will use.

I had an excellent experience renting a truck from the Rock Island U-Haul location. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

There is no way to improve on perfection.

Jonah and his crew are so amazing and professional. They always treat us with kindness and respect, ensuring that we have more than enough of everything.

We live in Davenport where there are quite a few facilities, but we continue to utilize the one in Rock Island because of the way they do business and treat us.

Truck rental went smoothly. Cell service is bad in the area so the online check in is hard

We have returned a trailer here and rented storage space, Can't complain about the service at all. They were friendly and helpful. Only issue we really had is that we initially rented 2 5x10 units because that was what they had. we upgraded to a 10x15 to put some furniture in and they did not give us a 15 day credit from the old units. Kind of sucky, but okay... so be it.
