I had a mixed experience with U-Haul Rock Island. Initially, I encountered great customer service which gave me hope for a smooth rental process in the future. However, my optimism was crushed today when I had to deal with the General Manager, Caleb Williams. His attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. It's disheartening to witness such a stark contrast in customer service within the same establishment. This experience has definitely made me question the reliability and consistency of U-Haul Rock Island's services.
