Alisha, was not helpful at all. She was short tempered, catty and lazy. Treated me like I was stupid and lost. When backing the trailer up to the car dolly she stood right behind the u haul instead of to the side of it where I could see her Then got frustrated with me when I asked her to stand in view of the side mirror so I could follow her direction. If you can avoid her I would.

Told me Wednesday night took everything I own on Tuesday morning never ever do business with them

The customer service here at this Uhaul is second to NONE! Everyone is helpful, friendly and amazing! Moving is stressful and they just came along side and partnered with me. So appreciative of them!

Great location, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Store is very clean which provide a welcoming atmosphere.
