I had a rental from Raleigh to Rocky Mount and had a few problem. When I went to the Rocky Mount location to close my transaction the manager Jose was so helpful. He made the whole thing so much better. His co worker Jordan was extremely nice as well. Definitely use this location. They were so nice and helpful. I can't say enough!

I had some trouble with my online reservation, so I stopped in person. The young lady that was helping me was extremely helpful between her and the manager. I got my reservation booked. So far, they have been very efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you very much guys.
