Manager was great! Everything was very quick and easy .

I specifically chose not to include the $15 insurance. When I got there, the person showed me the price and I asked why it was so high. He said it was taxes and fees. When I brought the truck back, the person that inspected it showed me the final price which included the optional insurance. I told him I didn’t purchase it. He said he would put it on hold and investigate it. Hours later I got a receipt including this stupid optional insurance I didn’t purchase.

I rented a different truck from them 2 months ago and they ended up charging me extra on gas, although I filled the tank to 3/4 just like it was when I picked it up.

This location will nickel and dime you. The workers don’t care. They probably don’t get paid enough to care. Meeting their quotas.

Stephanie was great and the truck was good.

The General Manager Stephanie Stovall was absolutely fantastic to work with! When it comes to customer service, there is no one better. I received very friendly and courteous help to help us with our moving needs. From getting the right supplies for packing to getting the proper trucks that were needed to do the job. As stressful as moving can be it was so nice to have such an amazing resource like Stephanie to go to. When returning our equipment, it was great to have others in that office like Bradley who also know great customer service so well. I am thankful to the Team at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Rome at 244 Erie Blvd for making our move go as smoothly as it could go. Grateful, Roger & Family
