Review:

The customer service was fantastic very easy to work with them. My only concern of the experience was the truck had a very strong and heavy smoke smell. I am not a smoker and needed to driver with windows cracked on a 30 degree morning. It would be great to have U-Haul either not allow smoking or do something to prepare vehicle to clean or mask smells.
