U-Haul Moving & Storage of Romeoville

The new facility is clean, and secure, but they’re ripoff artists. I noticed our bill keeps getting higher so we have decided to sell of our storage stuff and vacate before our January bill date. I went in and asked them why my bill keeps going up. I mean, they have the monthly price right there on the wall, and I’m paying almost $25 more. First she said insurance. Nope, my homeowners policy covers that and we’re not paying for it. She found that some of it is tax but could not explain the rest of it. And I was told when I set up the rental that they don’t just increase the rates after a certain number of months. So they’re just trying to sneak extra money out of my bank account every month now. Please beware.

Everything was perfect! Clean and cool facility (much appreciated on such a hot day!). Friendly and courteous staff. Quick check-out and hookup of the trailer, and equally fast on the return. The big parking lot made it easy to maneuver with the trailer as well. Worth the drive from Plainfield IL.
