Although there is often a long wait at the counter (because staff are all outside tending to vehicles and customers), once I get their attention, they have all been helpful, knowledgeable, patient, personable and kind.
Regarding the app requiring customers to upload pictures of the license plate and all sides of the vehicle, it failed to accept any of the pictures I took. I was unable to go over the vehicle condition with the reps either as they were so busy helping customers and servicing returned vehicles.
The vehicles and the shop are clean and well maintained in my experience.

After being a customer for more than 5 years and paying over $9,000 over time to store my stuff, I highly discourage anyone from using this location. Making an appointment to access my u-box was so frustrating. The staff treated me so poorly. They (assistant manager) likes to accuse people of stuff and finds joy in hanging up on people. Also, if you complain, they never get back to you. 'Class act kinda staff' at this location!

They said I couldn’t leave my car while I used the U-Haul? Hard to deal with when you show up without a second driver. Something that should be mentioned when ordering online, right?
