The employees are very friendly and informative. So I had a 5x6 unit that was on the far left of the facility no ac. This unit had come with its very own rat trap. I got and placed my items in the unit on 09/01/24. After about three months the company notified me of price increase. My bill was then $89.95 after taxes $101. That was crazy considering the conditions of the facility not being as clean and accessible than the others. I started searching around and found the extra space storage by Walmart had way better conditions and prices. The facility there is newer extremely clean and now I have a 10x10 on the second floor for $51 a month. So when removing my items from uhual storage my boxes and bins in the back had ants all over them and a rat nest being built right next to the rat trap. Keep in mind my stuff was there for 5 months. In only 5 months it was that infiltrated by pest. The very friendly lady at the desk asked if I had any problems with the unit and I did inform her. She did look sorry to hear about it. Non of our items appeared to be damaged.

Great team, above and beyond. Will be using again and recommending.
