Picking up the tow dolly was an easy and friendly experience. The gentleman who checked me in out explained everything and was helpful getting the dolly on my truck. The lady who assisted me when dropping off the dolly for whatever reason snapped at me when she let me know that I was getting my deposit back. All I told her was OK and she snapped at me repeating what she just told me. Not sure what her deal is but it seems like she needs to time off whether voluntary or not.

We always receive great customer service from this location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The trailer rental rates are affordable. This is the only place we go for our trailer rentals!

Charged me even more money after the final receipt was completed very disappointing with no explanation
