Truck only had one headlight wind came thru the door the whole drive even after making sure doors and windows were closed. Very unsafe only having one grab bar on back of truck! Best of all I really did not appreciate the term that stood outside the building yelling at me that the truck gets returned to him not the 20 ft away I parked it then walked to talk to my friend the whole time this guy yelled at me till I got pissed and yelled back. Honestly he was lucky I didn't walk over and introduce myself up close and personal. Another gentleman came out when I was ready to move the truck who checked me out. An older gentleman who was very curtios despite my poor temperament due to his young colleague! I wasent going to leave this feedback but since u haul requested it. Here it is a cut and paste of what I told them!

The staff were very nice. I had no problem extending my rental contract. Excellent and professional company.
