NIGHTMARE!! Stay away. Find another location!!

My experience is for a 15’ moving truck with an auto transport one way over 200 miles. Over the Bay Bridge.

This SALISBURY location was a nightmare.
Unfriendly. Lack knowledge. Lack empathy.

These are supposed to be available:
- Assistance is available if asked.
- A complimentary safety check is included.

When asked for assistance,
“We don’t do that here.”
“We aren’t trained to do that.”
When asked to at least check to make sure the setup was safe,
“We don’t do that.”

Called Assistance Manager, Taylor, left voice mail. Still waiting for a response.

My experience summed up-
Signed the contract
Took my money
Pointed out my truck then walked away.
Like, here’s two pieces of U-Hauls equipment and good luck, you’re on your own.

In the end, paid one of the representatives on the side to help and check. Paid $40 cash to the representative not to U-Haul themselves.
That’s who is representing U-Haul at this location.

- I already spoke with a Customer Representative about my extremely poor experience at this location. She has submitted a complaint/ report on my behalf.
I will NEVER recommend this location.
