Super affordable. Perfect application. Auden and his co-workers made the process easy to pick-up and drop off the trailer, even though they were busy.

I rented what I needed. They were very friendly and helpful. Plus side is it didn't take long in and out.

The staff is very rude and lazy. I have called for 2 days and was put on hold multiple times without anyone ever answering. I was on hold the first time for 24 minutes! When someone answered ( which was very few times) they either put me straight on hold or hung up on me all together. All I needed was the amount I owed , which would have take 2 minutes or less to look on the computer. I finally had to go to the store but before I did I parked across the street to see if they were busy, which they weren’t so I decided to call and see if they’d answer. Guess what?! Still put me on hold. I knew they would do this so I drove across the street and walked in. Lo and behold, there was a guy sitting behind the counter looking on his phone!!! I did ask for a managers # and he gave me a number. Not sure that it’s the boss though. Is Bobby the boss? Probably not!! U-Haul sucks!! Do not use this storage for sure.
