Very effective staff...quick process both taking and return...went very smoothly

Cindy and the team in San Clemente were very nice and accommodating. Although they were not able to fit me in as originally planned, I was able to go the following morning first opening to get the hitch installed. Aside from that, customer service from everyone was awesome and the service was done in a timely manner—30 mins or so.

I had a very difficult situation, and Alisha helped me out; exceeding any expectations I had. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. The facility is very clean all the employees are friendly and helpful. I had a great experience
