Everyone at this location was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mike for not only doing a great job installing a hitch on my car but then providing added assistance getting my bike rack on the hitch! I highly recommend U-Haul Moving & Storage of San Clemente!

This place is great! Cindy was so sweet, professional, and helpful. Mike and Stewie were awesome too. They make rental easy. This location has such a beautiful view. They have a clean restroom and lots of boxes, blankets and more. If you need a rental truck ten out of ten totally recommend. Thank you for amazing service ?

Poor customer service

Needed to go purchase a large box for a big picture. Customer lot is extremely small so noticed there was some parking on the other side of the lot. Employee ran over and took great pride it telling me to move my car immediately as that was not where customers should park. He then went to yell at another customer. Manager came out and explained that wasn’t where customers should park and then gave the employee a look to shut his mouth as she obviously didn’t like the way he was talking to customers either. I will not be going back to the San Clemente U-Haul location.
