Over charged - check your final receipt. Rented an 8' truck for 100 miles charged me $194. They double charged for 'safe move' insurance (should have been $25, not $50) and threw in and additional $40 'rental charge' that was not on my original quote. Make sure you review final receipt and complain loudly if they over charge. They need to credit back to your credit card, if not then call credit card and dispute the charge. I did exact same rental from Mountain View location and didn't have this issue.
