The staff at the Santa Clara / Laurelwood rental office were super polite and considerate. Uber-quick rental and drop off. It’s been a while since I’ve rented a truck from you, but man this is such an easy process now.

I returned the cargo van within two hours, although paid for 24 hours rent. Van had little dry leaves and few puzzle pieces. Two minutes air blower probably made it clean but I was charged $25 for clean up. This is after I told the person at the desk that let us check it out together. He told me that it is not needed. Had I known that I will be charged like this I would have insisted to check it together, and if he would have said that here will be charges I could have cleaned it in two minutes myself.

What a poor experience, I cannot believe that U-Haul does not treat their customers better. I wanted to rent a truck overnight and return it the next night, but U-Haul does not offer parking for customers will be towed. I walked inside and asked. Hey I noticed a towing sign do you have asticker or something from U-Haul so that my vehicle does not get towed I’m gonna be renting a vehicle and leaving my car here overnight they said no so I was not able to rent the vehicle and just had to leave. empty-handed thanks for nothing U-Haul.
