U-Haul Moving & Storage of Santa Fe

Brakes seemed a little worn or low on fluid. Otherwise worked out. However, it would be nice if I could have picked up truck where I reserved it rather than making me drive across town because you can't be bothered to bring it over. What's the point of having two facilities if one never has needed trucks. Even though I saw them sitting in the lot. You cost me time and fuel where do I send my bill for doing your job?

Professional and polite worked well with us. Will use them again next year.

I usually don’t rent here, but the regular U-Haul location I rent from didn’t have the utility trailer I needed.

My experience with this place wasn’t the best. The place is unorganized and reckless. While I was looking for parking, one of the worker cut me off. I’ll admit I was lost because this place is big.

I reserved a utility trailer online for $18.95, but when I went to pick it up, the charge showed $40. Coverage had somehow been added, even though I declined it through the app. They removed it after I pointed it out.

When I returned the trailer, the staff told me to just park it and that I would receive a receipt in 30 minutes. Several hours passed, and I still hadn’t received anything. I called multiple times but got no answer. Eventually, I contacted central customer service, but even they couldn’t reach the location.

After persistently calling, I finally spoke to someone at the location. I explained my return hadn’t been processed. They casually said, “Okay, we’ll process it,” and hung up without even saying goodbye. My return was finally processed. If I haven’t called, most likely I would of got charged for late return.

Also, please fix your phone system. When I call and select a prompt, it loops three times before connecting.

Great Transaction

Came in here the other day to rent a trailer hitch and Ryan was super professional and knowledgeable and helped with all my questions and needs. Went above and beyond helping us get the hitch installed. We had some trouble with the blinkers not working due to something faulty in our truck connection and Ryan went full blown mechanic checking all the fuses on our truck trying to get to the bottom of it. Superman service for sure. Definitely needs a promotion! Made the experience an awesome one.
