update 2024-10-29: went there to get something out of storage but it seems they have changed their access hours without telling anyone and the bathrooms no longer work according to the sign. so I have to edit my review since the hours are shorter than most and no more bathrooms. NO EMAIL NOTICE OR ANYTHING ABOUT THIS CHANGE

I have 2 units here. You need to bring your own lights because the overhead lights turn off after a few minutes while you are in your storage unit. I recommend the lights you wear on your head. I also recommend a battery powered fan because the storage units can get a bit hot at times while moving things around.

You have to remember that this uhaul closes at 7pm, and no access after 7pm. Other places in santa fe give access up until 9pm, so if you need access after hours, you might want to consider somewhere else.

If the bathrooms are fixed, 1 more star. If the hours are fixed, 1 more star. Until then since this uhaul has less access compared to other storage places and no functional bathrooms while other places have customer bathrooms, I cannot give 'average' (3 stars) rating since this uhaul is below average. For now, 2 stars.
