These guys work really diligently to make sure that equipment and materials were where they should be... And they easily found mistakes that The other shop maythey had to shop me... excellent group... over all good experience...

Their computer kept going down. Had to reask us and reask us our information, over and over. Then would lose it all. We came back over an hour later tried again, still having computer problems. How can you run a business like this. We left.

I have a few significant issues that arose during my U-Haul experience. I scheduled my pick up of a trailer in Grover beach, approximately 5 minutes from my home. U-Haul unilaterally changed my pick up to Santa Maria, resulting in additional fuel usage and 2 additional hours of drive time for pick up and return. Additionally when picking up the trailer u-haul Santa Maria did not have the necessary ball to go with the trailer as it should have resulting in an additional $65 expenditure that I should not have had to incur. When i asked about the ball the representative said and I quote “I just gave out my last one”. Unplanned drive time, additional fuel usage and having to purchase parts that should have been included made for a rather negative experience and significant inconvenience in renting from U-Haul. This experience is not a reflection on the specific location, but uhauls overall method of doing business
