Staff was very friendly and polite. I had a truck return and forgot to bring back a few rental items, but the staff was very accommodating and let me bring it in later. All four members I interacted with during my rental were excellent. Will definitely be back

They use old trucks that have no notches to indicate gas levels except for half tank and quarter tank, and then they eyeball whether or not you filled it up perfectly to where it was so they can charge you extra. Apparently they could tell I was short 1 gallon on a 40 gallon tank just to charge me $7 extra for a gallon of gas.

The van was easy to rent, it worked well, was inexpensive, and everyone was very helpful.
