This location insist on you using The U-Haul app which doesn’t work efficiently.
The time it takes to navigate through the app they could process the pickup for you which is what they eventually do because the app is faulty. Plus they charge more per mileage than other locations.
Use an alternative truck rental company. They’re more efficient and cheaper.

My experience from the first telephone inquiry, to the representative who closed my account was world class! I’ve always found the facility neat and clean, never any red flags. I down sized units which was equally easy. The staff was always able to assist me with payments by phone, which was my preference. I always felt safe enough to visit my storage alone, that’s huge.
