The reservation was easy to make on line. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pick up truck was just what we needed . The return was simple and straightforward.

This happened to a family member that had to make homeless people get out and they called her stupid for not reading the fine print not to mention because of her disability she actually has photographic memory and they took advantage 161.96 then called them stupid and said they don't read everything and don't remember everything they read but she was able to state verbatim their policy on local use IF paying cashed and they charge her. Not pleased. Rented a vehicle with a trailer to move something’s from my grandmas house. One way drive from Sebring to west palm beach, tire blew on the trailer causing me to almost crash and then waiting now almost 2 hours for u haul roadside. So dangerous. Why wasn’t this tire checked? It only made it 80 miles or so until it blew. Now we are stuck sitting in the middle of the highway. Thank you

Worth it. No issues and the facility was always in a clean good working condition.
