U-Haul Moving & Storage of Shawnee

The lady working the counter was rude and said that i only get 23 hours with my uhaul even though i paid for 24 hours…

This is one of the largest U-Haul facilities I've ever seen! They have it all. Climate-controlled inside spaces as well as drive-up spaces outside. They have a huge building dedicated to U-Box and a large inventory of trucks and trailers to choose from. The manager was an extremely nice lady that took time to chat with me as we unloaded items into one of their inside climate controlled storage units. If you're ever in Shawnee, this is one you've got to see.!

Why is everyone so sad? The whole place makes me feel sad. But the guy who hooked up the trailer was helpful.

Excellent customer service

I had to move my father's belongings to storage for him it was quite a bit of thing so it took more that one trip I was a little late come back with the trailer so I called the office to let them know I would be a few minutes late maybe like 10 minutes the gentleman with the tattoos I believe his name was Hector told me to drive carefully and be safe he would wait on me to get there he he was very knowledgeable and adequate with his customers service he politely unhooked the the trailer and shook my hand and wished me safe driving back home such a great guy I wish every place had service this good the world would be a better place but that you so much for you help Mr. Victor
