Great professionalism, clean truck. Just moved into my home in home in Jacksonville it was wonderful experience.

Drove to Benton, AR to buy a trailer and ended up finding out the hard way that we had a hitch, but no trailer wiring. Ray and Shane got us in not long after booking online and even went the further mile to make sure we had the right wiring harness (the website suggested a subpar harness). We were in and out in 20 minutes or less. Thanks again!

Went there today to get a propane tank. When I got there, Rob Hayes asked what I wanted and I told him. He then rudely yelled at me what size tank i wanted. Confirmed I wanted a 20lb tank. Then he walked outside to fill it. After about 10 mins he comes back inside and says in a condescending tone, 'um ma'am we coulda finished this outside.' I said, 'I'm sorry, I have no idea what I'm doing.' He goes to his computer after putting my propane tank on the floor. Didn't tell me I needed to follow him (I can't see the other registers because there are shelves higher than my line of site, and I've never been here before.) He then told me my total and rolled his eyes when I asked if I could get the 2 pairs of gloves I was holding. He rang me up and practically threw my receipt at me and walked away. I had to ask a very nice lady if I was finished. She said as long as he gave you the receipt you're good. (She was so sweet and nice) I am a short girl and the tank stands almost to my knees. I had to carry the damn thing (which is approximately 40lb when filled) one handed so I could carry my wallet and keys and had to put this thing in my truck without any assistance. Needless to say, I'm pissed and my shoulder hurts. So thanks for nothing Rob.
