I've rented enclosed trailers and a motorcycle trailer and I get my propane filled here.
They're always helpful.
I reserve online and I've never had any problems.

Awful customer service. Jack is not only rude he is unapologetic for messing up my rental time blamed IT department. When I showed up early he answered the phone screaming we open at 9 and hung up. As I’m standing outside watching him. Customer service is awful.

Been here several times never had an issue until now. They install thousands of hitch’s so not sure what happened this time. Last month they installed a hitch on my car. Should have taken one hour. Knew I was waiting for the car. It took 4 hours. 4 hours for a simple hitch. Insane. But that was just the start of the issues. After we got home, opened the trunk and saw we are missing the plastic hole covers to access inside the trunk. Was going to let that go as it’s just two plastic covers and are cheap. But, then we noticed we did NOT have BRAKE lights. We did not noticed this until 2 weeks after the job (who looks at their own brake lights lol) So I had to open the trunk and go inside behind the brake light area. They forgot to plug the BRAKE lights back in.

I have pics and videos of all this. So it took them 4 hours, they lost covers to the car, and have my car back WITHOUT BRAKE LIGHTS.

SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE QUALITY OF WORK OR LACK THEREOF. FOR TWO WEEKS, you jeopardized the safety of my son who drives this car.
