U-Haul Moving & Storage of Shillington

The straps that come with the trailer are too small for jeep tires and I'm not talking about oversized tires. You should issue straps that fit properly, Luckily I had straps but this is a safety issue. Very disappointed in your company especially when you have larger Straps for sale. I paid for a service the straps should be changed if they don't fit. It comes with straps on the trailer so they should fit any tire size.I won't be using your company again...please make the correct changes.

They never answer the phone. They are way to damn slow had me in there store for 3 hrs. No way you have 4 people working but only 2 people actually moving and working. They move with no care or care about the customers time as again I was there 3 freaking hrs way uncalled for there was no one in the store at all nobody l. 1 guy came to pick up some u boxes and and truck and he said they are slow for what reason. They are unorganized amd unprepared. They constantly do not know there job as they has to keep going to ask Chris questions leaving the customer sitting there. They don’t listen to help they listen to talk as I would ask a question and could tell the guy did not understand what I asked. They are not very friendly when u walk in. The new girl they have in training may be able to help them loads they are terrible honestly just terrible oh wow they run a business and i guess the owner does not care he likes to run that show like that but he is the owner so it is his place would he run it like that if U-Haul owned it and operated it and he was just the manager nah cause don’t no business want to lose money from reviews like that
