Set up a reservation online to pick up this morning and while doing the reservation it told me I could save time and add my card and pictures of my driver's license to not have to do it at the store so I did got to the store this morning and still had to redo it and then it kept saying my card was a prepaid card and it wasn't so they wouldn't take my card after I drove all the way from out of town to use there services I was not happy

Not much. We thought we had it all taken care of. Thought we reserved what we needed. We marked everything we needed. Picked truck up. Was told immediately we would NOT get 2 dolleys. Only can have 1 on truck. Said that they cannot give 2 because people do not return. I said we reserved 2. We did early check in. Asked why the check in did not tell us that? Clerk said it was first come. But we filled form out. She said that was the way it is. I said charge the people that steal it. She said we do! I said there are several new ones on the floor. She told me we would have to buy it. She couldn't let us use one & then sell it as used. What a bunch of bull! We had everyone set up to help us move & only 1 dolley! Very poor representation of UHAUL. BUT you have us over the barrel! We are elderly & had no other options. And your clerk informed us of that! And yes I was angry. She again said first come first serve. At least we have a truck! Well we needed 2 dolleys. We were SO lucky! It took us 2 times longer than needed! Thanks UHAUL! You have rude staff that seemed to enjoy her job . Buy sticking it to your customers!

Simple online reservation. Employee was friendly and helpful. Van was in perfect working order and clean.
