Wonderful and understanding management. U-haul charged me for an extra day, extra miles, and incorrect fuel levels.

The floods in NW Iowa effected our miles and extra day. We were re-routed through Nebraska. The fuel i was going to let slide, but she refunded everything, no questions asked.

Great customer service!
