U-Haul Moving & Storage of Sioux City

I have two storage units. Pay them separately each month! One is on auto pay. I paid my second unit two days late, but I paid it! I went to my units to put a few winter thing inside. One unit had a lock on it. The guy at the counter said my unit was not paid for, I told him it was. I went home and checked my bank account. Yep, it was paid! I got on the chatline, saved the chat conversation too. The person on chat said they accidentally put my payment on someone else's account, she sent me the receipt showing I paid my bill. I went back down to Uhaul and my unit was unlocked for me. I thought end of story. But, I go another email saying my unit was unpaid. I sent an email back to Lisa the GM saying I paid for my unit to read the emails. I thought, end of story. Then today I get another email saying I now owe n additional 15$ and I have 15 days to get my unit caught up. But How can she miss that I had paid? Her own people sent her that they had messed up. Ignorance! My attorney is next! I have no way to email U haul all of this. This GM is Sioux City is worthless or trying to scam people out of their storage unit items! I have printed the arbitration form. And I will send it along with copies of the chat and her emails! Do not use these units. They used to be amazing, I have been there six years or so. Now it is a scam unit.

Ordered well advanced. Maybe a week or more . Drove An hour and a 1/2 payed $300 online for a hitch install , confirmed two emails all good to go and texts.Time to Install, and guess what? They don't do hitch installs on Mondays, I'm in the system with my appointment and After showing my appointment on the email also, poor guy had no clue what to do, nice enough guy too, tried evrything calling his manager . Just Sorry but our system online doesnt comunicate with ours, now I'm in the process trying to get my money back. What a collollosal failure uhaul is idal waist of time, now my vacation is gone since no hitch to pull.

It'd be nice if both bay doors opened automatically,not just the one,or a system that lets you know when there is already someone parked inside in the bay doors prospective spot.

This place has great customer service, and extremely quick in and out service. Their trucks are clean and reliable, and their storage spaces are decently priced. I would recommend U-Haul for anyone moving in or out of Sioux City. Thank you guys for the great service!
