The folks at the counter noticed I was struggling with the app and jumped right in to help me out. Kind, fast, and thorough.

The agent was talking on his personal phone and I had to wait several minutes till he finished talking before I was helped. The trailer was not swept out when it was given to me.

Rented a van and receptionist told me to park on the street. Asked if it’s fine to park there she assured me that’s the only parking they have and I won’t get a ticket, came back to a $50 ticket.

Great service, no surprises, everything as promised.

I reserved plastic bins for my move for a specific day and when I went to pick them up, they just told me that even if I reserved them, they don’t have any available so I have to look somewhere else!
