Called for a 'custom quick connect wiring harness'. Ms. Vaughn answered the phone and was very professional and pleasant to speak with. She had the part ready when I got there. I was very happy with the service and transaction. Thanks! ❤️

If you reserve a rental here, that apparently doesn't guarantee they will actually have it on your moving day. We reserved several months in advance and received a call ~2 days before the move that they had nothing available. Customer service was terrible. No apology or even acknowledgement of the inconvenience — in fact, the woman on the line seemed irritated that the news would be concerning to us at all. The only reason this isn't a one-star review is that they sent us to an alternate (farther) location on Fellows St. that ended up having great service — the other alternative would have been Elkhart. If you're debating between this and Fellows St., I'd go with Fellows in a heartbeat. Charlie over there was great!
