Laura is amazing. She went above and beyond for me in my time of need!

I usually always use this location for services when I need them, and have for awhile now. Everyone who I've had help me here has always been knowledgeable and very courteous and professional. The trucks are always clean and working and you can tell they maintain repairs on their vehicles.

U-Haul is the only place open on Saturday with Propane in South Bend.(Filling large tanks for RV and other). Ten Stars for Laura who works there.

They service sucks the worst one out here on God

We have come here a few times over the past few years to borrow vehicles for moving larger pieces of furniture. The employees at the location are always nice and pleasant.

On a different note, I am 4'11'. The first larger + older truck (longer than 10') I rented a few years ago, I had to sit on the edge of the seat to reach the gas + brake pedals. (We rented a truck at the last minute, so there were no smaller vehicles available - so we had a ginormous truck just for a couch.)

The second vehicle (10' truck) I rented in February 2024, I was able to reach, and was able to pick up some furniture in Chicago and drive it back comfortably because it adjusted well enough so I could reach the gas + brake pedals.

The last vehicle (9' cargo van) I rented this week (April 2024), I was also able to reach the brake and gas pedals, and it also had modern vehicle amenities like Carplay available, and a keyless ignition.
