I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with U-Haul I started out in South Carolina and I ended up on West Western avenue South bend and Laura v took excellent excellent care of us I will say though I'm not surprised because throughout this whole ordeal U-Haul has been fantastic I've used them before in the past and let me tell you something people their customer service is bar none and everybody treated me well I hope I never have to move again but if I do I'm coming to U-Haul and I will recommend them to everyone cuz they were fantastic

I would give zero stars if I could. I rented a truck from U Haul on 10/29/23, and according to my receipt should have been charged $52.94. I was charged the amount of $84.63. The location refused to help me, and after calling the corporate location was told that my card was used to pay another persons rental on 10/29 by the name of Heather. U Haul has refused to refund me the money after admitting that they charged my card for someone elses rental. Absolutely terrible business and customer service.
