I was able to have all my questions answered and they were great to work with. We had no issues with rental, supplies or picking up. We would definitely use them again.

Scheduled a 17 foot truck through the app, but was told they didn’t carry any at that location. Was given option of 15 foot or 26 foot (where I would have to pay that price). I had to make extra trips with the 15 foot where I wouldn’t have to had if I had gotten the 17 foot. Also was not told to get truck back to the amazing 1/4 tank of gas but was charged for the gas and a $30 convenience fee for someone else having to fill truck. Also truck had check engine light on which was slightly alarming as I thought all vehicles were observed before and after each use.
