U-Haul Moving & Storage of South Greenville

This review is for the @ACMERelocations. I reserved this company through UHAUL to help for my move. Stiven Perla called us to asked for the details of our move and I thought everything was okay. However, he was no show the day of our move scheduled at 8/29. Didn't even have the courtesy to call and cancel the reservation. I called him over and over again, but he did not answer. What kind of businessman is that? U-Haul says they cannot help me of the issue because he is a third party. But I booked him through U-Hau website! You should have protected your costumer/client. SO quick to take my money out from my bank but can't help when issues arise. I ended extended the rent of the truck since I wasn't able to move as schedule. Please do better U-HAUL, try to find legit business/person that you want to do business with.
