I called last night to check on and reserve a furniture dolly if they had one available because I had a spinet (short upright) piano to relocate. Spoke with a gentleman by the name of Terrance who was very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. He assured me they had plenty of them, and a reservation wasn't really necessary.
I showed up this morning to rent the furniture dolly for the day, and Latoya was just as polite and professional as Terrance. She hooked me up with the furniture dolly and I had it back in about 4 hours. Then she was also the person who checked it back in and gave me back my deposit.
I don't understand the negative posts on here. If I ever need anything else from U-Haul again in this area, this is definitely the location I am checking with first.
