U-Haul Moving & Storage of South High Point

We are renting a storage unit from the High Point NC facility in addition to renting a cargo trailer. Kelly Wuensch,the manager, was very courteous, professional and a delight to deal with. When I need another storage unit and/or another trailer or truck rental in High Point ,NC, I will go nowhere else except for the 1100 Trinity Avenue location. The Boone store wouldn't even answer their phone to help me reschedule a truck. I know a lot of students were moving, but I schedule my truck over a week ahead. They should have been prepared. I would give Boone location (where I had originally planned to pick up the truck) the worst review!!!!!!!!!!

The facility along with moving Van I used were very clean andbwell-Maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful and because it was my first time, I believe the service alone will make me a loyal customer. Thanks to Elizabeth who took the time to walk me to the U-Haul Van I rented, I was able to help my Little brother move some furniture and is great full as well, to not have to eat in the floor anymore, Lol!

The staff went beyond the call of duty. I would definitely use U-Haul again! Thanks!
