The lady is rude as hell,this is clearly a woman who should not be anywhere near customer service. They do a huge disservice to their customers and the community by having this woman there, she double talks and doesn't know how to answer a question politely , definitely needs to be fired so she can get a position where she interacts with no other human beings. She is unable to count for a total as well as answering questions about fees, she tells you one thing that there's $40 in tax and then she says no no it's only 25 and then turns around and swear she says something else completely. She's way too busy with herself to handle any customers. Absolutely give

Fast, friendly service. Easy rental!

My experience here was okay, but there are definitely some things that could be improved. The app made it fairly easy to pick up my truck, although it took me about 10 minutes to back it out. They did offer to help, but they shouldn’t assign trucks that are hard to get to. The truck itself seemed very old, and the gear shift was hard to use. Upon returning the truck, I followed the app’s instructions, but there were additional steps I needed to follow. Had I not gone in to speak with the attendant, I never would have known. Also, why was I charged for gas when I put gas in the truck before returning it? I put more gas than was in it when I picked it up, yet they still charged me. That is pretty underhanded, if you ask me. Like I said, it was an okay experience, but I won’t be going back.

This is the second time I've used this location for renting a truck and I have been super pleased! Because of the subpar experiences I've had at other locations in the state, I usually dread having to rent a uhaul truck. This location has changed my mind! Everyone has been super helpful and customer focused! Rare to find these days. Keep up the good work!
